I must say, I’m very happy with how my relationship with Daniel played out. He was very hands-on and communicative, and worked well with my PA and other colleagues while I was away, arranging viewings, staging and videoing the property, etc. Even now after he’s secured the sale (and earned his comm), he’s continued to manage communications between the buyers and myself, handling discussions over furniture, renovations, and other logistics . For me, I most appreciate his determination and optimism as we tried to navigate selling the property amidst the Covid pandemic.
He wasn’t deterred and continued to schedule viewings and exhaust his network. We communicated regularly during that period discussing how to approach the market strategically. Once we had narrowed it down to a few offers, I found him quite adept at negotiating on our behalf to secure the best offer. For what it’s worth, I noticed that his rolodex is quite robust geographically. Quite a few of the viewings were arranged for Americans and Chinese who were from out of town. Given the nature of our property, this was quite important to us in terms of opening up the potential pool of buyers. I assume this would be relevant for you too. I was certainly satisfied with the outcome, and I would use Daniel again.
